Are you a Personal Assistant with at least 3 years relevant experience, who also has some experience of Company Secretarial duties? In this newly created role due to growth, your responsibilities will include: audio typing, incorporating new clients, adding new clients to the system, maintaining client company secretarial information, calling HMRC, letters of engagement, monitoring emails, emailing clients reminders, references, dealing with client queries and other ad hoc duties as required. You will also be responsible for some simple finance based duties, such as data entry, basic bookkeeping and simple bank reconciliations. Your role will be challenging, varied and you will learn new transferable skills. You will interact with all staff within the firm, meaning you will develop a useful understanding of how the world of accountancy and business operates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be considered for this new role (March 2025) you must have experience working as a PA in an accountancy practice firm with experience of the above duties, including company Secretary duties and ideally some basic finance duties such as bank rec\u2019s, bookkeeping etc would be beneficial but not essential. It is likely you will have at least 3 \u2013 5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work to tight deadlines. You must be a team player, have very strong spelling, punctuation and grammar, be a good multi tasker, be able to work under pressure, have strong communication skills and be professional at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
