Are you an ACCA \/ ACA qualified Business Services Senior \/\nOutsourcing Senior (either recently qualified or a finalist with a few exams\nleft to complete) looking to upgrade to a Top 80 firm with around 70 staff\nbased in a prestigious location in Central London? Are you keen to build on and\nimprove your management accounts and outsourcing skills? Are you keen to work\nin a large and well established outsourcing team, manage your own portfolio of\nclients, work with interesting clients (particularly Media, hospitality,\nrestaurant and technology clients), manage staff, and help be responsible for\nthe overall performance of a growing team with around 15 staff? Based in the busy\nBusiness Services and Outsourcing department, your role will be varied, and\nwill include the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts,\nreviewing work carried out by other members of staff (mainly bookkeeping\nassignments), client training on cloud software packages such as Xero, VAT\nreturns as well as ad hoc projects such as cash flows, budgeting and\nforecasting as well as Vat and PAYE inspections and acting as an outsourced\nfinance function for clients. You will be responsible for managing some staff\nwithin the department and ensuring their development. You will also be\nresponsible for ensuring all clients are serviced to a very high standard, as\nwell as managing workflow. .<\/p> \n\n
To be considered for this new role (January 2022) it is\nlikely you will be a recently qualified ACCA \/ ACA although finalists with a\nfew exams remaining will still be considered. You must be operating as an\nOutsourcing Senior or Accounts Senior and have experience of the above duties,\nparticularly the preparation of management accounts. Ideally you will have\nexperience of Xero or cloud based software, although training can be provided.\nExperience of some large clients including groups and overseas companies would\nbe an advantage but not essential. You will now be looking to upgrade to a busy\nand rapidly growing Outsourcing and Business Services department and continue\nto learn new skills and work with impressive clients to improve your technical\nknowledge.
