Are you a Senior Personal Assistant with at least 3 – 5 years relevant experience (or more), who has experience working for either an accountancy firm or law firm, and is used to working as a PA for Senior staff (eg Partners?). Are you keen to work for a medium sized and rapidly growing accountancy firm with over 80 staff based in Zone 1 Central London? Are you keen to work for a relaxed yet professional firm that specialises in working with high profile media, entertainment, film and TV clients? In this newly created role due to growth, your responsibilities will include: audio typing, incorporating new clients, adding new clients to the system, maintaining client company secretarial information, calling HMRC, letters of engagement, monitoring emails, emailing clients reminders, references, dealing with client queries and other ad hoc duties as required. You will also be responsible for some simple finance based duties, such as data entry, basic bookkeeping and simple bank reconciliations (full training provided). Your role will be challenging, varied and you will learn new transferable skills. You will mainly work for one of the Senior Equity Partners at the firm, meaning you will develop a useful understanding of how the world of accountancy and business operates.
To be considered for this new role (June 2025) you must have experience working as a PA or Senior PA in an accountancy firm or law firm, with experience of the above PA duties. Some basic finance duties such as data entry, bookkeeping etc would be beneficial but not essential. It is likely you will have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role. You must be a team player, be able to work to tight deadlines, have very strong spelling, punctuation and grammar, be a good multi tasker, be able to work under pressure, have strong communication skills and be professional at all times.
