Based in a niche team, you will work with a range of interesting clients from sectors including retail, technology, media, entertainment, property, renewable energy, financial services, gaming, construction and many more. Your role will involve managing your own portfolio of clients, managing workflow, being the main point of contact for clients and reviewing all statutory accounts, management accounts, Vat returns and corporation tax returns prepared by other members of staff. It will also involve ad hoc duties and projects as well as being involved with new business development in order to grow your portfolio. You will also have the chance to work closely with clients in setting up and implementing new software packages (such as Xero) and new systems, processes and controls and you will often act in an advisory capacity for clients.

To be considered for this new role due to growth (September 2023) it is likely you will be either ACCA or ACA qualified and working for a good quality practice firm, ideally medium or large in size. You must have experience of the above duties, managing a portfolio, reviewing work and currently operating at Manager level or be at Assistant Manager level and looking to step up. You must have experience of FRS 102, and experience of consolidations and IFRS is highly desirable. You must now be looking to upgrade to a large Top 40 practice based in a City location in Central London where you can continue with your accountancy career, work on an interesting client base and receive top training, support and future progression to Senior Manager grade on offer.
