Are you a Practice Manager or Operations Manager, with experience working for an Accountancy Practice firm or another type of professional practice, looking for your next challenge? They need to hire a Practice Manager to assist and manage the firms growth, to ensure all staff work is completed on time and to budget, to help with firm budgets, to assess and recommend improvements to the firms systems, controls and procedures, to assist with recruitment, identifying staff training needs and booking staff onto relevant training courses, marketing, branding, health and safety, management of staff timesheets, and other ad hoc duties as required by the practice. You will report directly to the owner of the business. Overall your duty will be to ensure the practice is being well run and managed to a high standard, and to offer advice and improvement so the firm can continue to operate as a successful, reputable and profitable accountancy firm. .

To be considered for this new role (December 2021) you must be an experienced Practice Manager or Operations Manager, with experience in a similar role in an accountancy practice firm or another professional practice, such as a law firm. You must be experienced in the above duties and be a team player with strong communication skills. You must have an eye for detail and be able to offer advice and improvements to a growing business which needs assistance with leadership in order to manage its rapid growth. Your role will be varied, challenging and enjoyable. .
