We provide you with the right person for the job. Our candidates are sourced from a variety of methods, including internet advertising, magazines and trade journals, mailers, client branded mailers, headhunting, database searching, international searches, networking and candidate referrals. We aim to send you fewer CVs but of a higher quality, so that you dont waste time sifting through irrelevant CVs. We will also agree with you up front how many CVs you would like to see for each specific position.
Providing the Service you want
BV Recruitment is keen to provide the service that you want. Your expectations will be noted and our service tailored to suit your needs. We will note how often you want us to contact you, how many CVs you would like to see when you are recruiting, and if you would like to be sent speculative CVs. Your feedback on how we can improve our service will be valued. We are keen to help you speed up the process of getting the right person on board, so saving you time and money.

Since BV Recruitment is an independent company it means that we are free to act in your best interests. We provide rates that are highly competitive, no matter at what level you are recruiting. We aim to provide great client value and for you to be fully satisfied with our high quality service and to feel that the candidate we have provided is worth paying for. Our Low Risk Policy
We eliminate the risk associated with recruiting a new member of staff. We offer very favourable rebate terms should a candidate we have placed with you leave or be dismissed within the first 10 weeks of employment. This means that you can have peace of mind knowing that you will only be paying for a candidate with whom you are fully satisfied. We can also find you a free replacement if you are not satisfied with the member of staff.
